Practicums

Build real-world skills through hands-on practicums offered each fall, spring, and summer. Each practicum begins with an on-campus orientation, followed by 60 hours of flexible, individualized training scheduled with your instructor.

You’ll develop industry-specific skills through authentic vineyard, winery, and laboratory learning experiences, gaining the confidence and practical expertise employers are looking for. By the end of each practicum, you’ll have expanded your professional skill set and be one step closer to a career in the grape and wine industry.
